Registered as a 1969 Volkswagen, these cars are in fact just that, a re-bodied Volkswagen. What you get is incredible Volkswagen reliability, low running costs and a really cool look.

This car was custom built locally by JPS Motor Sports in North Hollywood, California. This car has only about 10,000 kilometers, (6,000 miles aprox) since professionally built. Less than 3,000 kilometers, (under 2,000 miles aprox) ago the car was upgraded with a custom built 125 horsepower, 2110 cc engine, ($4,500.00 worth) and a 3:88 close ratio gearbox, specially geared for JPS Motorsports, and a chrome engine dress up kit with chrome alternator was also installed. Moon hubcaps were replaced with the Nipple hub caps and heater boxes were installed. All this was done by the original builder, JPS Motor Sports. Some of the original package for this car included: steel reinforced fiberglass Speedster body; totally reconditioned VW IRS chassis; new front disc brakes; new Halogen H4 headlights; new running, turn, and stop lights; new Replica Speedster style seats; new three-point, retractable seat belts; new Chrome wheels with 185 x 65 x 15 tyres; new Wood-Rim steering wheel; original-style gauge package and FM/CD Radio with two speakers. It has the full weather gear, side screens, convertible top, tonneau cover and convertible boot. Finished in Silver with Grey interior and Navy Blue Top and Boot.
