To quote James Tate of Car and Driver magazine, “Porsche’s version of the Goldilocks tale is the 993-generation 911, the one many Porschephiles agree that the company got just right. It’s an ideal blend of technology and classic 911 air-cooled heritage” This is an outstanding example of the last model for air cooled Porsches.  Sold new here locally (2 blocks from us) in Santa Monica by Steve Taub Porsche Audi on August 15, 1995. This car comes with Books and Records. It has a power sunroof, left and right 8-way power seats, Motor sound package, Chrome exhaust tips, 17-inch Cup wheels with Coloured Crests. It is a late production ’95 with the hi-mounted third brake light plus it has an Alpine Stereo System and factory CD player in the trunk. We have records indicating the following service work has been performed: Valve cover gaskets, transmission seal, drive belts, new steering rack and boot, new battery, new O2 sensor, new spark plugs, oil and filter all within the last 10,000 miles. The mileage is only 46,320.  These are powered by the 3.6 litre flat-six engine rated at 270 horsepower; this one has the rare 6-speed gearbox. Performance is brisk with 0-60 mph in about 4.7 seconds. 1995 is the last year prior to the addition of OBD II sensors which is a positive for service. The original option code sticker is not only in the service book but also under the hood. This is a lovely example, with pride of ownership evident and a great look, excellent interior and finished in a brilliant combination. Finished in Black with Black Interior.
